@Crispy68,
Got it, thanks so much. I did not think to pop up the source to figure out the culprits.
It was that Banner3 and the associated text object that was messing with me.
I deleted those objects on all pages and the stray dog "Left the building" like Elvis.
Appreciate the help.
Bob

Can't Find "Stray Dog" Footer Bar to delete
I used an older website WBS file as a template for a new site I am building. It was last built under WB14 and I am using WB19 now.
A stray dog banner footer from the old website, shows up below my regular banner at the bottom, but ONLY when I publish the website. It is just a black bar on the ...

Re: Failed Upgrade to Ver 14-64 bit
Pablo,
Last post on this. I got it fixed and figured out what happened. You may want to know in case someone runs into it. They likely will.
It was a Microsoft security issue. It must have been rolled out in the last update or two, when things started to go "haywire" with my WYSIWYG.

Re: Failed Upgrade to Ver 14-64 bit
All set for now, Pablo.
You were right on. The file name was the issue. For some reason after the upgrade, the browsers started to enforce the fn rules more closely.
Not sure about the sizing issue, but it was quick and easy to fix. I just had to resize the text, but it gave me the opportunity ...

Re: Failed Upgrade to Ver 14-64 bit
Ok Pablo, I made some headway. This is a Windows issue of some sort.
I am absolutely bare naked with no A-V/ WIndows security right now - wanted to eliminate that interference. I am the only account ADMIN and had the same problems. I dropped back from an MS Account to a Local admin account. Same ...

Re: Failed Upgrade to Ver 14-64 bit
Hi Pablo,
The recommendations you made did not work and I am getting "wrapped around the axle". Maybe you can help me out.
I removed McAfee's A-Virus. Microsoft's basic A-V is still there so I am ok with that for now. I totally de-installed the 32 and 64 bit versions to get a clean slate. I ...

Failed Upgrade to Ver 14-64 bit
Tried upgrading to the new 64bit version.
The upgrade failed and said it cannot find a wwbeditor.css in a specific wwbeditor directory. Of course, I IGNORED to see what happened and a whole sequence of other files were not found. That tells me it could not find the directory.
