My assumption is most don't bother to rotate the phone and just hold it in portrait mode. So I'm wondering if it's best to originate in something like a 1x1 or 9x16 aspect instead of 16x9.

If you're shooting video that's 99% for viewing on mobile phones, what's the ideal aspect ratio? Many sites say 16:9 but mobile devices mainly display in portrait mode. Please help

Canvas doesn't match preview

The WYSIWYG aspect of the software doesn't work well for me. What I "see" on the canvas is different from what I "get" in preview. For example if I put some text below a photo, sometime the text is on TOP of the photo when I hit preview. Solutions?

So for some reason HostMetro kept failing to publish. No idea why other than Host Metro. The site you linked displays differently on my laptop as compared to my mobile. The mobile has fewer menu items on the top purple bar and the overall site is configured more vertically on the mobile as compared to laptop-- maybe that's intentional? Also, somehow I cannot alter the purple bar's color...

Publishing to a folder simply means WB will create and place all the files/folders into a folder of your choice on your hard drive. In the publishing dialog you will need to select the folder where you want the files put. Once published, you will use Filezilla to transfer the files/folders to your ...

problem resolved. I asked Hostmetro to change the password to 9 digits, because Filezilla had a 9 character limit, I entered that pw in wysi and it loaded. thanks for the help.

The error indicates that the software cannot to the server. Are you sure the server supports Secure FTP? Can you connect to the server with another FTP tool and the same settings? I'm trying guys. Today I tried to open those templates, thinking I can just enter my content on board and have a responsive site. But when I download the template is creates a wtb7 file and I'm using version 14. I thought 14 can open older version but it apparently doesn't. What am I doing wrong now...

my windows 10 Firewalls is shut off as far as I can tell. WYSIWG does however appear in the "export policy" dialog box in firewall and advanced security menus.

What are possible configuration issues? How are the publish fields supposed to be filled out? My site is not even appearing on the internet now. It's gone. and the software continues with "fail to publish" messages.

Dude, I've used your software for almost 10 years. It's bullet proof. Hostmetro however appears to be run by morons. Their chat is never on, Phones off, only ticket based tech support and they suck.
