I have just updated to 18.4.0 and have found the "show with effect" event doesn't work.
It functions without the effect.
I have tried creating a new project with just one object on a page (Layer, Text..) and added a show with effect in the page onload event to no effect (just show)

publish: no.. the problem appears most times within wwb and when published.
steps:
1) see prishprash.com... this shows the published version of filterloss5.wps (image filters missing)
2) in wwb: load filterloss5.wps.
3) publish filterloss5 and see if image ...

I have spent many hours trying to replicate the problem to occur consistently, without success.
Every time the problem appears I save the project, close wwb, reload the project.
Sometimes the problem reappears on reload but most times it does not.
