OK, you do not need to use any layer for this (in fact you should not use layer for this menu at all). There is a option in the menu settings "fixed positios" set this to yes. Now the menu will be fixed to the top eaven if you scroll the page.

I'm sorry I didn't explain myself well enough - you know those web pages where you scroll the page and the menu is always visible as you scroll to the bottom? I would like to achieve an effect like that. Docked layers do this.

I was trying to see if I could make it a docked menu by placing it inside a docked layer on the master page, and setting the layer type to docked layer / dock on top. However it's not working for me.
Has anybody been able to achieve something like this?

I use DBTS reCAPTCHA on my forms. I'm seeing more sites these days with reCAPTCHA based on numbers versus the very difficult to read words. Will I automatically get the benefit with DBTS reCAPTCHA or does the extension need to be updated?

But why are you doing this ?

DBTS Form Processor allows you to do this automatically: Properties, Section D. Behavior -> Null fields text
You must also set the property "Include null fields" to "Yes" instead of the default "No"

So the processor will "pass" to the Preview Page, the value "No data ...

I did have the null fields set to No in Section D, so I've now set this to Yes. I also added "no entry" text. I've also temporarily set the DBTS preview to show me the field table.

No success with this - the error messages are now gone, but the checkboxes are not not remembering their choices...

There are 4 mistakes in your approach:

1. $fieldname is the array of fieldnames. "value" will never be in it.
2. $fieldname doesn't exist when coming back to the form page
3. "value" would never, anyway, exist in the $fieldname array, even if it existed.
4. of course, "value" is the imploded value ...

I have been following the instructions in the DBTS manual on how to preserve your form values. It works great for text boxes and radio buttons, but I cannot get it to work for multi-value checkboxes...I presume the if statement for the inside tag needs to be written differently?
