Motion Effects

Is it possible to set an iteration count using motion effects (motion effects button selected from the HOME ribbon) ?
There is no option to set iteration count.
Motion effects are basically transitions and events, so they are triggered each time then occur.
If you want to trigger an animation then you can also use events manually.
