Lottei Preloader

In WWB Is there a way we can use lottei .json file or the link as the web pages preloader?
I do not think this is a good idea because generally a Lottie animation takes more time to load then the rest of the page.
Lottie is not a native HTML animation format so the JavaScript library needs to be loaded first.
