Copy/Paste transitions

Please, what am I missing. Is there a way to copy a list of transitions from one object to another or maybe create a custom list of transitions that I can copy. Thanks
To copy transitions from one object to another:
1. While holding 'Shift'-key, click the 'Copy' button
2. Go to the other object
3. While holding 'Shift'-key, click the 'Add' button
This also work for animations.
Note that this is also documented in the help under 'Shift tricks"
