General Rant and Praise of Wizzy, Pablo, and Forum

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to use a function in the Video Editing software I have used for 11 years. The function just doesn't work I checked the Forum and the one suggestion did not help. Reading the forum reminded me that when frustrated users post about something not working the fellow forum helpers are freqeuntly jerks in their responses. So no help. Submit a support ticket. A reminder on the support screen that responses from support are typically 2 to 4 days. Past experience says 4 days is optimistic if at all. UPDATE - got an automated email that said my issues was not found in their knowledge base. It ask me to provide the exact same info that was provided in the original ticket. (Version of video software, windows version, processor, memory, video card)
So I have a presentation tomorrow to 400+ people and trying to add a bit of pizazz to my presentation. When the tools I pay for and use don't work and it is so hard to get help it is quite frustrating.

Praise Begins
First Wizzy just works.
But when it is an issue of how to make it do what it can do the Forum is filled with top notch help from fellow forum members that go out of their way to assist.
And then there is Pablo! Never have I used a product where the developer responds to request for help or assistance in such a short amount of time.
So thanks to Pablo for an outstanding product that works. Thanks to Pablo for the outstanding support. And thanks to all the Forum members for their assistance.
