When disabled Recent History - WB not start

I found rare situation where WB not start - silently ended quickly after start:

- in Windows 10 is generally disabled showing Recent documents history for applications - by Group Policy etc.
- WB option "Open the most recents used project at startup" is checked.
- WB is started from Start menu or directly. Means without selected project to open i.e. clicking on project file.

Simply when WB is configured to open recent project automatically and in the operation system this function is disabled.

To test disable Recent history setting registry key "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer" key "NoRecentDocsHistory" to 1

Recent History is standard system functionality. As a developer, I have no control over how MRU works. This functionality is implemented in the framework.

But thanks for sharing the information, it may help other users who have startup issues.
