Ver 14.3.1 ...
In the 'View' tab, I am not able to toggle the Toolbox.
When I click inside the checkbox, the Toolbox panel slides out from the left side of the screen for about one second, and then slides back in immediately. The check box remains 'un-checked'.
If I am fast enough to click the Toolbox check box and 'grab' the panel immediately as it slides out, I can make my Toolbox selection, and then it disappears again. Very strange, as I don't recall it behaving like this before.
Other check boxes can be tggled normally.

Maybe you have enabled 'auto hide'? Click the 'pin' icon to toggle auto hide.

Crap... that was it !! I totally forgot about the 'pin'. I must have toggled it inadvertently and not noticed.Maybe you have enabled 'auto hide'? Click the 'pin' icon to toggle auto hide.
