WYSIWYG Web Builder 6.1 unicode compliant BETA

After many requests we have prepared a BETA of an unicode compliant version of WYSIWYG Web Builder 6.1.
This version should be able to handle foreign languages like Russian, Greek, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese etc.

While every effort is made to ensure that the quality of the software is a good as the official release of WYSIWYG Web Builder, it is still a BETA version. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
However there are no known issues at this moment.

Important note:
There are currently no unicode versions of the extensions available. The regular extensions are incompatible with this version of web builder.
