***Update***
Snall update to fix a couple of minor bugs new download available at bottom of posting..
***Update***
One time popup is a jQuery script that when placed on your page will open a popup message window when a visitor visits your site but will only be shown once for each visit this is controlled by the use of a small cookie that gets stored on the users PC and when they revisit the site it gets recalled to see if they have already visited and if they have the popup window will not get shown again as they have already viewed. Although this extension is very similar to WB JQuery Dialog it doesnt have the fancy skins but the size, color, etc can be modified to suit what you want.

Thanks... it not as fancy as WB/Pablos but I hope it might be useful to those who want it to have the need to be only shown once by visitor

Wow!
I find the official WB JQuery Dialog extension had this handicap(unless you change the code manually).
Great job!
I installed it, tested in preview once and now in second preview, the cookie is blocking the view. cookie value is set to 20(default)...somehow, deleting the cookie from my system dosent seem to work for me. The cookie setting 20 means in seconds, minutes?

Hi me I cant get into my test server right now so that I can test this with a webpage live as soon as I can get in I will test and let you know.
me when you say blocking you mean you cant acces the page/site?? removing the cookie should put things back to normal as if the cookie not there the page should work as normal....I just tried doing a preview in WB with a simple two page template the extension on the first page links to both pages in template previewed in browser popup shows press close try page link ok click link back to page one ok....anyway as soon as I can try live I will get back...off for some needed sleep at last....

I could make it work ! Nice extension.
Check it live here: http://stfranciscollege.edu.in/pm3

Few issues I am facing:
1) What does cookie time refer to? Days/Hours/Minutes/Seconds?

2) The text input doesn't take multiple blank spaces together...can that be incorporated? See the end of text in the link above... I had put some space after ; -) and before warm regards but it isnt showing

3) A text box (or HTML Text Box) will be better than the text input right now used. The formatting of text will be a great update and will make this extension one step (or rather a few steps) ahead of the official extension!

Afternoon me. ok first great to see it in action on your page looks smart let me try and answer your questions

Q.What does cookie time refer to? Days/Hours/Minutes/Seconds?
A. It refers to Days

Q.The text input doesn't take multiple blank spaces together...can that be incorporated? See the end of text in the link above... I had put some space after ; -) and before warm regards but it isnt showing
A. At present this is how is works sorry :( I believe Pablo is incorperating a new text feature in a future Extension Builder as this issue has been mentioned and asked for by star57...

Q. A text box (or HTML Text Box) will be better than the text input right now used. The formatting of text will be a great update and will make this extension one step (or rather a few steps) ahead of the official extension!
A. I will look into seeing if a text box can be added that may be possible as for adding a a HTML Text Box (think your refering to the HTMLTool) I dont know if that possible...it might be possible think I need to ask the wizard about that....Pablo do you think the HMTL Toll could be added into this extension??

As always if I can add fix anything I usually will, but I will let you know outcome...

I think you can use HTML text structure to do that.
<br> for break text.
&nbsp; for multiple spaces.

--------
And yes P-L-E-A-S-E "HTML Textbox" added to the extension builder.
And some new way of dataset with variables would be nice . . !
--------

+tnx for the index update mail BaconFries.

He yes me. is faster then light . :D .
Looks very good.

If you really want to get crazy.
You could just use the HTML text box to create your text,
with all the bells and whistles.
Then copy/paste the HTML into the text input . 8) .

What version of WB unicode are you using???? The convert tool will only work on WB7.5 or higher and you must have a legal version of WB 7.5 or higher for it to work also...

I am sorry but the extension is now only available to download from the Extension Manager in WB7.6.x and higher and Unicode version....please note that it was available to download for nearly two years from mediafire, before I moved to the WB Extension Manager as this is my prefered way of sharing now...
