pop up banner/window with background not accessible - how to do it?

Post by longman »

Hi guys,

Example https://www.designer-daily.com/wp-conte ... 00x453.png

Or https://im-rebels.com/wp-content/upload ... op-ups.jpg

I want to implement this, as soon as visitor access the page, a pop up banner (image format) or window (with fields or textss) appears + close window or continue to the page which will remove that pop up thing and page will be accessible.

Also the whole background become inaccessible with a panel or something that has a % of transparency in order to let the actual page in behind to be visible while pop up thing is there.

How to do it in WWB perfectly?

Thank you!

There are several options:
- use a modal layer.
- use a dialog.
- use a lightbox

Modal layer works nice, the only problem i face is the background behind, when i choose this http://prntscr.com/ukwqgu background becomes nicely black with transparency, but with any mouse click, everything will be gone.

I wish to have the background behind with tansparency always be there, not disappearing with a click. How do i disable it?

thank you!
