Font size changes

Post by colin1661music »

Hi Pablo,

I hope you are well, i had to rebuild my PC and had to re-install everything from scratch, but now when I publish a page the font size seems to change.

If you look at https://www.strawberryjazz.com/sj-podcasts-2019.php and the text "Podcast Breakfast 26th December 2019" in the editor the font size says 18 but after publishing it, it's changed the font size to 24px.

This has only started happening since I did a clean install, I'm sure this is something simply and I'm sorry to bother you with this.

Also can i recover all the publishing info from the old files which windows copied when i reinstalled windows 10.

Thanks for your brilliant program and your help.

Colin

This is most likely related to the DPI settings.
See this FAQ:

Also, note that the font sizes in the workspace are in points while the published sizes are in pixels.

Thank you so much, worked first time.

Where are the publising details stored, I would like to try and recover them from the old data.

Thanks Colin
