Comparison Slider

Post by gregbarnes »

I'm wondering if there is a way to incorporate a "Comparison Slider" or "Before / After" slider for showing the difference between 2 images. here's what I mean. https://codyhouse.co/demo/image-compari ... index.html
Cheers for now,
Greg

I decided to give TWENTY TWENTY a go. It seems to work well but for one bug. I run my website from any browser and on the menu bar I select "Colourise B&W" and when the page displays, the Twenty-Twenty box is blank. I have 9 image comparisons (Colour and B&W) and selecting any of the 9 still have a blank box (no images). Here's the kicker - I select the HOME menu and return to the home page, then click the COLOURISE B&W menu and the Twenty-Twenty images now appear. I have the 20/20 before and after images in their own separate layer containers which I just turn on or off depending on the number button selected. Is there a setting in the 20/20 properties OR the Layer properties which will be able to display the images when the page is first selected from the main menu. Very strange and I'd be grateful for any solution. This is my website https://www.isacimages.com.au Cheers Greg.
Cheers for now,
Greg

Hallo Greg,
you have many pictures of your homepage. Did you set all the pictures with the board tools from WYSIWYG or did you use a special program or code?
What size is each picture. I would like to use WYSIWYG Builder in the future to also include picture galleries.

Hi Siegbert,
I just use the "Image" tool to show my images and place it anywhere on the page. They range in size from 800px to 1024px.
For the galleries I use the "Photo Gallery" tool, which can have lots of photos in. I Highly recommend WYSIWYG for your website.
Cheers for now,
Greg

Hi Greg,
thank you for the information.
As soon as I have a little more time I will create my homepage with WYSIWYG.

For me, Twinty Twinty extension which posted by Crispy doesn't work properly with breakpoints. it only works if the project contains only default view.
Am i right!!

Many thanks to Crispy68 (Ron) from www.wizbangwebdesign.com. He has issued an update to the Twenty Twenty slider extension and it works perfectly on my website in the Colourisation page at www.isacimages.com.au. It's called WBWD-Twenty-Twenty1.2
Many thanks Ron
