Object Naming SEO

Post by lpug » Fri Jan 17, 2020 12:02 pm

Should we be calling our objects meaningful labels, such as flex grid cells, icons etc.... I know there's a benefit naming your images but what about everything else? I understand it will help to manage the project but just wondering from a seo point of view.

Thanks

I don't think that the naming of objects has any effect on SEO.

The naming of the objects, special the images, is very important for your SEO.

Give it a relevant name in accordance with your website.

If you website is relevant for the keywort "love", than you should give every picture a "love"-name.
Loveinthemorning, lovebaby, lovemyheart, mylove ......

This topic is related to ID of objects, not the names of images.
