1. Download the zip file.
https://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/download.html
2. Unzip setup.exe
3. Run setup.exe
4. Follow the instructions on the screen

Make sure your firewall or virusscaner does not block the application.

Are you running Win 7 32bit or 64bit? And which did you download and install - 32 or 64 bit?

I did all the required procedures.
When I load 15 it doesn't show the latest version. Or load the latest.
Now what?

It sounds like you had the 32 bit version installed, then installed the 64 bit version. This does NOT overwrite the 32 bit version, but installs it in a different place.

Try running this:

"C:\Program Files\WYSIWYG Web Builder 15\webbuilder.exe" and see what happens.

Step 1
Remove all previous versions from your computer

Step 2
Install the latest version.

Step 3
make sure your firewall or virus scanner does not block the application.

It works for all other users, so I am sure it can also work for you.

I'm sorry, but I do not think this has anything to do with the software. The update works for all other users.
Either you did not download the most recent version or the old version was not removed. Or you have mixed up multiple versions in different folders.
What do you want me to do?

...trying to update to the new 15 version
I am also running Win7 with SP1, and I can assure you that it will install, load, and run (15.2.2 64 bit version).

It might be possible that if you have a desktop icon, it could be linked to an old, or non-existent destination. You don't say how you "erased" the old program, but make sure that you use the Control Panel, and UNINSTALL whichever copies you have. After this is done, double check that any WWB icons are also removed from the desktop.

During the installation process, accept when it asks if you wish to have a Desktop Icon. The last question during install is whether you wish to start the program at that moment. Do that, and report back... it is not any more difficult than that. Sorry that you are having problems, but this is a PC issue, not WYSIWYG's.

Good luck...

Maybe the filename is invalid?
