Images have shrunk???

Post by Trugmaker »

I have just updated my home page (first time with V.15)and the images on the page have shrunk approx 10% smaller than when viewing within the compiling page? They have also shrunk in the 'preview' before uploading, any suggestions?

Maybe you have enabled zooming?

Zoom options are available in the 'View' menu.

Apologies if this is a pain, but I looked at the 'view' menu and can see no reference at all regarding enabling the auto-resize for different breakpoints which I enabled which obviously had an adverse effects to the page images (made them smaller). Strangely, enabling this, shrunk the images on the larger (desktop) page, not the smaller breakpoint pages??

You did not say this was related to breakpoints...

Please go to Tools -> Options -> General -> Automatically scale new objects

This old chestnut again! I unchecked the offending option after your suggestion to - Please go to Tools -> Options -> General -> Automatically scale new objects. But on just one page the problem remains. Nomatter how many times I repeat upload, refresh, delete browsing data, the images remain 20% smaller??

The option does not affect existing objects, only new objects.
So, if the option was enabled when you added the images then you will need to manually resize them.
