Webshop Plus Email

Hi,

Not sure whats happening, but I've been running test orders through my site this week and everything is fine, up until yesterday when the customer email just stop sending. When I click through to the ThankYou page it was working but now only the Administrator email sends. Any help would be hugley appreciated.

Usually when something suddenly stops working then this is a server (host) related issue.
They may have changed something or block the email.

Ok thanks, I'll fire off an email to them - but it's funny that the adminitrator email does still come to me....

That usually indicates that the host uses an email filter.

Webshop uses the DBTS Form Processor (in the thankyou page) to send the mails. Double click it and check your settings.
