Drop Down Panel ***04/08/12***
Extension Updated, built using Extension builder 4.0 for WYSIWYG Web Builder 8.2.1

Image

This is my version of a extension already released by Star57, I have released this as it was found that it wouldnt work alond side another extension you can view the other version here
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=22719

Description: Drop Down Panel adds a pull down panel to the top of your page that contains external content fetched via Ajax. Visitors click on the protruding button to cause the panel to drop down and reveal its content. Clicking anywhere on the panel again closes it. You can easily customize the height of the Panel, button text (ie: "panel content"), and drop down speed in milliseconds.

Keith/Star not trying to step on your toes with this version of the extension if you wish it to be removed as it may conflict with your version then I will... :D

Uninstalled the previous one to install this.
Guess compatibility with the latest Edition of WWB is the main feature.
Works fine.

Can this also be taken further to-
1 'Slide Up' Panel" from the bottom of the screen, no matter what the page length?
2 Slide in (L/R)?

The bottoms up option would be great, or do we already have something like that?

The extension is not designed to open external pages such as "Google" "Yahoo" etc , it is really designed to open pages that you have made in WB then these are viewed in the drop down. It can also not be used to display word documents as these are not "Web Safe" If you trying to link to a html page then this needs to be on your server it cannot be external so you could write it like below when linking to pages that are within WB you would just use internal page and upload as you would normally, but as mentioned all pages must be on yoyr server not external.
