Flat file Like/dislike button

Hello, The Like / Dislike button is a script that visitors can use to Like / Dislike your Website.
The Like / Dislike buttons are the shape of thumbs up/down. This extension is not using MySql DB
But insted uses only text files to store the Like/Dislike data. The folder tbase needs to be writable.
Do not use Z-index for order.
