Functions:
- supported all audio/mpeg streams
- read the ICY meta tag for radio station name
- read the meta tag for StreamTitle
- saved the currently volume value on local machine
- checked a stream break and reloaded automatically the stream
- breaked up the stream after xx min and restarted for fixed the buffer overflow
- integrated lagometer (use right click on flash)
