I have built sites with web builder in the past but have moved on.
One of my current clients wants a new site redone from existing web builder 8.

Basically download the web site and re-purpose it for another region of the province that he is branching out into.

Surely you need the source file (*.wbs) - you can't reverse engineer html files, can you?
