I have questions about recovering an old account and selling WB15 as an affiliate

Hi, how are you? My name is Saúl Meza and I have questions about 2 different topics.
1. I lost control of my old email contacto@saulmeza.com and I can't retrieve my password my current email is contacto@saulmeza.cl so I created this account with a customer number I had in Paypal of the WB12 version. Is it possible to recover that old account? Do I lose any benefit? Or do I keep this new account? necessary?
2. How can I promote and sell WB15? I used to have a sales link, but it doesn't exist anymore, is there any other option to sell and commission as an affiliate?
