I heard before "page with form use .php extension are hackable with hackers "
is that true ?

There are no known security issues with the form script in WWB.

You really need to read what Pablo said!! He said there is no issue with the form script that you use in WWB the prime words being "issue" and "form script" so no security issues!! Whether there is security issues with other php scripts you may use is for you to find out as we cant comment on them.

PHP is only insecure if there are vulnerabilities in the script. PHP by itself is safe.
