VAST stream video

Post by sinedd »

Hello everyone

I need to insert a VAST stream video from a web address. Despite my research on all available drives in WWB (which is up to date) as well as those available in extension, I can not post content after publication.

Having found no help on this VAST feed in the WWB notice or on the forum, I wonder if it is supported or if I have to use another video player like Kaltura.

Thank you in advance for your return,
Very cordially,
Sinedd (french, very difficult for me)

If the subject is not on the right forum, please indicate to me or post it

I'm sorry, I am not familiar VAST stream video.
However if it's supported by standard HTML then WWB also supports it. If not, then you will need a third party player.
You can add custom code via the HTML object.

Are you refering to 'VAST AD integration'?

Hello,

This is a VAST video feed link to pre-roll that I wanted to read alone!
I can not say more because of my total incompetence in this area for now.
I'll know more in the course of next week and keep you informed.
Have a good weekend...

Hello,

Alas, no interesting information to add, except that this stream is used to add an ad in PRE ROLL on the videos and therefore, it may not be readable solo!

Off topic (for any useful purpose): I found that in the add-on extension manager WWB and despite the specification of standard extensions only, it was possible to install (for example) AllWebMenus without any warning while on On-line extensions page, it is specified as out of date.

Good day to all
