HTML Question

Good Day
I took a provincial map of South Africa and with the help of a website image-map I filled in the appropriate sections to turn the map into a clickable map. You can then get the HTML code that gets generated.
I took the code and embedded it into Web Builder and everything work, but I need to modify the code so that when you click on the parts of the map it must then open the corresponding page in the project.
Currently my target is blank. target="_blank"
What is the HTML that needs to be inserted to open for argument sake page1 in the project
