Re: Help with installing a countdown clock
There are a few countdown extensions in viewtopic.php?f=42&t=21051
Might be worth having a look.
EDIT:
Sorry, I don't think those are available now.
Have you checked out the Countdown in Insert > Miscellaneous > Ready-to-use Javascripts?

Re: Help with installing a countdown clock
Thanks for taking a look, I did check the countdown clock in the Miscellaneous.....but it was not the type I was looking for.

As you may know it is generally out with the scope of the forum to assist with custom or external scripts. With this said you can use the HTML Object and the File Publisher if required for any external scripts that may be required. See the following.

@WWBman See the original posters URL to flipclockjs.
Re: Help with installing a countdown clock
I did and you can make the ready-to-use countdown nearly the same (apart from the flipping down bit).
Re: Help with installing a countdown clock
I like the flipping down bit,lol WWBman...and I understand what you are saying Baconfries, but just asking for help to see if anyone my have used this type of countdown clock, because I don't know how to implement the script myself as I m a newbie, someone just might have put this on their site and my have been able to point me in the right direction.

Re: Help with installing a countdown clock
@Gilbert I understand that you are a 'Newbie' but have you read the URL provided? This is a pointer for you. I have also looked at the URL you gave and on my Cell/Mobile and it isn't fully responsive as the seconds wrap themselves to the next line, so if using it would look out of place on the page. Maybe you should look for another script that is responsive and then use.
Re: Help with installing a countdown clock
ok thanks for that...

@gilbert
I made an extension awhile back using that flipclock.js script as a countdown clock. Unfortunately, although it does wrap to another line it doesn't wrap to the next line cleanly. The script wasn't written initially to be responsive and there hasn't been recent updates to it. However, if you are interested in trying it out and think it may be useful for you, get a hold of me at: ron at wizbangwebdesign.com.
