There is no standard solution for this. This will require custom coding.
It looks like chrome support this:
https://developer.chrome.com/apps/sockets_udp
But it's not an official API.

( i am not a great web-designer, to be honnest a dummy ... but i like very much the WYSIWYG approach )

Yes, this may work.
Note however that I cannot give support on third party code. For me it may also take a lot of time to figure out how to use this code.

You can add custom code via the HTML tools:
