If I have 3 views set up (say Default, 480 and 640), when I add a new page to my project, it only adds the default view. Is it possible to add all three views to the new page?

if not, could it do th the same when I link the page to a master page (which does have the 3 options)

Breakpoints are specific to a page and not all pages necessarily have the same breakpoints.
So, breakpoints will not be added automatically.

However, you can use 'Manager Breakpoints' to apply breakpoints to multiple pages.
