Setting new pages to responsive

Setting new pages to responsive

I set the "index" page with a responsive grid. It works superb for compressing the page to the screen size. My question is when creating a "new page" can I set the whole page to responsive so it works like the responsive grid on my "index" page? Or do I have to set breakpoints?

Index page with a "Flex Grid".

You can create the other pages the same as the index page.
