Responsive Carousel

Post by Azz25 » Mon Jun 04, 2018 12:43 am

Hi,

I want to create a responsive site with a carousel but when I add the carousel to the page header it doesn't show everything correctly.

If this isn't possible how to I create responsive full screen boxes like this instead of using a layout grid:

Thanks as always,

Aaron

A Carousel cannot be inside a page header.

For a demonstration how to use the carousel in a responsive website please see the example templates:
http://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/templates8.html
http://wysiwygwebbuilder.com/templates0.html

Note that I cannot see what you have done based on the screenshot, so it's better to include a link to the page or project file.

Thanks Pablo, great support as usual.

I have figured the carousel out but this has presented another problem. When I add a layer above for a menu the carousel duplicates and the new layer goes behind it as can be seen here http://www.shadowsupport.co.uk/new/.

Without the layer above the carousel works fine http://www.shadowsupport.co.uk/new/index2.html.

Thanks
Aaron

There seems to be two carousels with the same ID on the page. Or somehow you have nested multiple layers which causes a conflict.

Unfortunately, I cannot see what you have done based on the HTML only. I need your project file (wbs) for that.

Thanks for sharing the project.

The problem is related to the use of 'center in browser window' in the page properties.
When using layout grids, the 'page alignment' should be set to 'do not center'.
