Looking For Image Extention

Post by katman » Fri Apr 20, 2018 9:32 pm

Does anyone know of an image slider or slide show that is both responsive and functions in IOS.

The responsive slider I found enlarges the image as the page gets larger. I am looking for one that will not grow larger than the image original size but shrink as page size gets smaller.

Thank, and I will keep searching.

I have used the standard slideshow with lightbox option using fancybox. They work fine for me on android and ios. Also Fancybox as a stand alone package, V2 & V3 work well as well.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't want another box to open, just a slide show on the existing master page that doesn't stop when you touch it. Currently, if you touch the carousel on an apple device it will stop and not return to function unless you refresh the screen. Sometimes, it doesn't even start moving.

The built-in slideshow is responsive and works with all browsers.

Also there are many third party alternatives:

Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to limit the max size to the actual pic size?

It would be nice to be have the pictures shrink down, but only grow to original size. Currently, with slideshow, the picture grows to full screen on my 1080 screen but the pic is only 600px and looks really bad.

There is currently no option for that. However, in the next version it will be possible to set the max-width.
