Trying to figure out what Scale (RWD) does. Would appreciate if anyone can shed some light on it.

I don't know if my copy is old but could not find anything related to it. The option is not available in the main view, you can only find it when you right click in the object manager.

I see it now. So it just reduces the element using the break point as a factor. I think the beauty of the break point is that you can completely go with a different layout for smaller screens and provide a customized user interface, take away the clutter and space fillers and present the most marketable items, without having to maintain a separate page.
