i remove border but its not work

The project you have sent me works correct.
As soon as the viewport width comes near the breakpoint value, the browser will add the horizontal scrollbar to make space for the vertical scrollbar (breakpoint value + scrollbar width)
Note that under normal circumstance this is not an issue because mobile browsers do not usually display a scrollbar.
Or else you can set the overflow x of the page to 'hidden'.
