In your case it may be better to use a docking layer instead.

As ColinM helped me, I moved the sticky layer and other invisible objects (html objects, pace extension, bookmarks) to the left hand of the page.
I also moved the Z order of the sticky layer and it appeared as the last entry of respective page object manager. Then uploaded the page on the server and the problem was solved.

...and select easeInOutBack in easing option.
I never checked this 'easing' part.
