Are the CMS plugins responsive? I tried using but notice some difference in vertical scrolling (scroll bar shows)at different breakpoints

The CMS is fluid by design, so all elements are floating. For example text adjusts to the container size.
However the CMS content is not responsive because there is no way to configure different styles for elements.
