The menu seems to be working now.
However if you add a new page the server throws an error.
Are you using the latest version of the software (10.3.4)?

Yes I'm using 10.3.4..

I thought it was fixed then I noticed the error as well.. could it be because I was publishing files at the same time?

I figured out the error... I had the Error Reporting turned on but removed my admin email address.

However, now the menu will not add items to it. They show up in CMS admin but not the menu.. you can even search for them through CMS search.
