Paypal Add To Cart Options Issue

Post by cbramsey1979 »

I have searched the forums but can't seem to find the answer for this.

We are several different items, I have created "add to cart" buttons for those items. We have 3 Edit boxes for Name, Email, and Phone and those options are selected for each "add to cart" button. However, those options are only pulled in on the newest "add to cart" button.

Is this a user error on my part (most likely)? If a customer wants to add the first item only, we don't get their information from the edit boxes.

Each button needs it own input fields. The fields cannot be used on multiple PayPal buttons because each button is a separate form.

Thank you, is there a better way to have multiple items in one page and collect the data?

Have you looked at using the Combobox object. This would allow the user to select the item from a drop-down and then it would get passed to PayPal.

What version of WB are you currently using. Note you download / install the extension directly via the extension manager.

WB16, just found the extenstion installer in the program, trying to familiarize myself with minicart and smartcart.
