please advice. ive turned off antivius nd security, no luck either. The first time Ive had this issue since WB 8.

These type of errors usually indicate that there is an issue with permission:
- make sure the folder is not read only.
- make sure a firewall or virus scanner is not blocking access
- make sure the setup has permissions to save files to the folder.
- if you have Windows 10 then also check that ransomware is not blocking access

Alternatively, you can rename the WWB folder before running the setup, so a new folder will be created.

I don't know, but are you running setup as an Administrator or normal user?
