Showing Progress Bar after scroll back

How do i get the progress bar on this template http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/suppor ... outme.html to be able to loop once I scroll back to the top of the page and scroll down?

There is no standard option for this. This will require a modification to the script in 'skillsTextHtml'.

I'm sorry, I cannot implement cusrom scripts for you. For me, this may also take several hours of work.
