Cannot remove "Built With" logo, product is registered and activated

My product is activated, so I don't get an activation prompt window when opening program, but it will not let me remove the "Built With" logo. My customer does not want that on their page. How do I remove it? WSIWYG Version 12, purchased December of 2017.

You can remove the logo with the 'Delete' key on your keyboard.

Please also note WB12 is no longer supported...

When I try to delete it, it pops up a message about needing to purchase the program. I purchased this program in good faith less than 2 years ago. Why is it not supported?

Are you trying this on the version 12 you purchased?
