Anywhere you wish...

But personally, I would first create a 'WYSIWYG' folder in Downloads, and then a sub folder in 'WYSIWYG' for various versions (eg ver 14.4.0).

There will be ongoing releases which you will want to download eventually, and it is always good to keep an older version or two, just in case.

Thanks for your reply. I installed it already. So its just sitting in my downloads. I'm going to take your advice on the folder for it.

One question though. I downloaded the 64 bit one. But i saw something from 2017 from Pablo that said that its a use at your own risk. But no known issues. I have a 64 bit windows, so thats why i downloaded that one after purchasing. Did i pick the right one? or should i use the 32 bit one? Thanks again for all your help

There are currently no known issues with the 64bit version, so I think it's safe to use it.
Note that 32bit also works on 64bit Windows.
