How to fix a heading, so when scrolling down the page, it still be showed at top of the screen?

This is possible with a Page Header or (Sticky) Layer.

Heading text space problem in the layout

Hi dear Mr. Pablo i can not change heading box in layout when i want change the margin or padding unfortunately I cannot control the spaces in the layout how can I change like text box?

A heading object also supports margin and padding.
