Query on Conditions

Post by WB10user » Tue Jul 17, 2018 10:43 am

Hey guys,

Good morning. I hope you're all well. I am building my site for my ebooks and I am trying to use the Conditions tab in the combobox with only partial success.

What I am trying to do is using a combo box, I am trying to give the customer three different formats they can download their ebook in: EPUB, MOBI (Kindle edition) and PDF. I have created three buttons titled: 'kindle_button', 'pdf_button' and 'epub_button'. So, for example, if someone decides to purchase a Kindle version of my ebook, when it's purchased they're taken to the ebook download page on my site and using the combobox/drop down menu, they can choose Kindle and download it. But here's where I am having trouble to get the combobox to work. I did it once but can't figure out what I did right. Here's what's happening now. Let's just say they choose Kindle and I want to show the Kindle download button ONLY, here's what I have on the Conditions tab,

Is equal to (choice) Kindle
Show kindle_button
else hide kindle_button

I do the same for the other options and it partially works but if I choose another format, that button shows but the Kindle button doesn't disappear. I tried this method as well:

Is equal to (choice) Kindle
Show kindle_button

Is equal to (choice) Kindle
Hide: epub_button

Is equal to (choice) Kindle
Hide: pdf_button

I know I could just create a single page for each format but I thought this method would save time. I can't post a link because the site isn't uploaded yet. If any of you guys can help me out it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
