Headers Footers and Contact

These are a few basic questions. They have probably been asked before.

When I use Headers and Footers then preview the headers and footers go across the builder page. Past the page properties horizontal length. Very annoying. Can you explain why?

How do you add a contact (forwarded to email) to your website? Redirect functions?

this problem have if have object out of size page, and than haeder and footer can go horizontal right much more than normal, also notice Header and Footer is not resposive as self, if have break point, in that case you must create and setup Header and Footer, for more detail must shared your project to see what you do, to give precise info.
