All application settings are stored in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Pablo Software Solutions\WYSIWYG Web Builder 12
You can export/import those settings via the Microsoft regedit tool, just like with other application.

User files are stored in
\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\

Thank you Pablo.
It is very important to save the application settings and the user files within for project.
If not, if you have several projects with different settings, you will have unexpected results.
It would be better and easier if Wysiwyg would save all the settings automatically for each project.

I'm sorry, that is not how it works.
Application settings are stored in the registry.
Project settings are stored in the project.
