Something on your completer is preventing the files form being copied to the correct folder.
To install files on your computer you will run the setup with admin permissions, otherwise it cannot access all folders where it needs to copy file to.
The software will not make any changes to your system. It will only copy files.

Now i made it work. I uninstalled and deleted everything. Then I logged inn as admin on my pc and installed wysiwyg again. This time the system folder for the admin account contained all the templates.
I logged in as user and started wysiwyg. The folder hirarchi was created but didn't contain any files or templates?
Then i went back to the admin account and copied all files in the system folder to the user accounts system folder.
Finally i went back to the user account, and everything seems fine. All the templates are there now, and they also seems to work.
GREAT :D
Now i can start studying cms setup and use it for my own development:D
Thanks for the discussion, it really helped sorting things out:D
