change the cursor

Hello

How can I change the cursor of an element (Preferably a button)?
I tried to use css but it did not work.

1. Select the cursor file you want. (ideally transparent PNG/GIF)

2. Right click on the item and under custom style add the following

cursor: url('images/cursor.png'), auto;

Obviously give the name of your file.

3. Now add a file publisher from toolbox and create a new folder called "Images"

4. Assign the actual cursor file to it.

5. Publish

Very important to add the File publisher and assign the correct folder. As you can see from Step 2 the path has images/....

If you add it as a style then you can place it inside the Page HTML
If you use JavaScript then you can load it via events (timer).
