images mysteriously enlarged

Post by tjp28blue » Thu Dec 07, 2017 12:06 pm

Hello,

When I put an image into a parallax layer, instead of seeing the complete image, it has been mysteriously enlarged and all I can see is an enlarged part of the image which often is pixelated. The layer, however, is set smaller than the image with the intention of just getting a band of the image. Grateful for any guidance if I am doing something wrong.

Regards,

tjp

This is normal behavior. When you select 'parallax' then the image will cover the entire viewport (via background-size: cover), otherwise it would not be possible to apply the parallax effect.
